Our Services
Full Groom
A full groom includes two warm water baths using a dog friendly shampoo and conditioner, brush & blow dry, full body styling (depending on breed), eyes and ear clean (outer ear), hygiene areas & nail clip. A basic 7 point health check is included.
Bath & Brush
A bath & brush is perfect for in between grooms. This includes two warm water baths using dog friendly shampoo and conditioner, brush & blow dry. A basic 7 point health check is included.
Puppy Groom (from 3 to 6 months)
Each puppies groom is tailored to their needs. This includes a warm water bath, brush & gentle blow dry, eyes and ears clean (outer ear), pads & nail clip. A basic 7 point health check is included.
Each puppy will react different to their first grooming experiences, a puppy package is available to help introduce them to each level of grooming, if they have no experience of being groomed.
We offer three 45 minutes sessions for your puppy.
Session one will include an introduction to us and the groom room. A gentle brush, hygiene areas (if needed), and lots of cuddles and fuss.
Session two will include a bath with puppy friendly shampoo & conditioner. The drying process will include a gentle towel dry, and light drying using the stand dryer, whilst your puppy receives cuddles and lots of reassurance.
Session three will include all of the above, nail clip, eyes and outer ear clean, pads, and a light hair trim if necessary.

Cancellation / late drop off & collection charges
A charge of 50% of groom will incur if you fail to give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. You will also be charged 50% of groom if you fail to show up to appointment.
A £5 charge will incur for every 15 minutes you are late to collect or drop off your dog.

Laylah's Groom Room is named after our beloved family pet Laylah, who passed away in March 2019 at aged 13.
We are a family run business with a loving passion for dogs. Mother and Daughter duo Ros & Jess run the grooming salon both holding a Professional Dog Grooming qualification.
Our aim is to provide a friendly, and luxury grooming experience for your four-legged family member.
